We do ad profit sharing for Web pods for TV all the time. Payment is negotiated per-web pod.

Video Releases

These are for the people and places that appear on-camera.

Appearance Release

English | Spanish
Everybody who worked on, or appears in, your submission has to sign this.

Clearance Release

PDF This matches the personal releases up with your video. Tedious, but necessary.

Location Release

English | Spanish
You need one of these if you shot your submission on private property.

Music Releases

Music is complicated! You need both of these for every track you use:

Master Use License

English | Spanish
This release gets signed by the person who owns the rights to the master recording of the track you're using.

Sync License

English | Spanish
This release gets signed by the person who owns the copyright to the music itself.
Often, the two people above are one and the same. If the track was produced by your friend on her laptop, they probably are. But she still needs to sign both releases.
