Our Summer Intensive program is designed to significantly strengthen all students in ballet technique within a short period of time. Whether students aspire to dance professionally or simply want to improve their skills in a friendly and nurturing environment, the summer program provides students with the gift of dancing daily without the added pressure that goes along with the academic school year.
We offer the highest quality of Vaganova-based Russian classical ballet training with teachers who encourage every student to achieve their highest potential. Through the study of ballet, students acquire physical coordination, grace, discipline, and self-confidence. In class, students learn to use musicality and ballet technique as a vehicle for expression. This 4-week program is designed for the program builds strength for pointe and prepares the student for advanced movement.
Designed for male and female dancers, Dance Channel TV Studios Summer Intensive is dedicated to excellence in training the aspiring professional dancer. During this extensive program, students, divided into professional, advanced and intermediate levels, are offered the rare opportunity to benefit from the guidance and expertise of internationally known Ballet Masters.
Curriculum: ballet technique, pointe, variations, contemporary, character, historical and pas de deux
Registration: For Level 3, 4 1pm to 5pm Monday – Friday
Day-of registration on the site will be accepted for a $40 registration fee.

It is a comprehensive program that enhances the dancer’s classical ballet training and introduces the dancer to character, historical dance, etiquette and proper stretching. DCTV Studios Ballet Academy’s outstanding faculty will be teaching this camp.
Curriculum: ballet technique, character, historical dance, etiquette, and stretch.

I agree to pay the Dance Channel TV Ballet Academy for the dance instruction of the above student per the published tuition and fee rates for the period of study. I understand that I can make payment by check, payable to the Dance Channel TV Ballet Academy. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks. There is a 3.5% processing fee for all credit card (VISA/MasterCard/Amex) charges. I understand that payment of tuition and fees entitles the student to attend ballet classes as assigned, and that no refunds are given if classes are missed because of absenteeism, illness, injuries, vacation, school closings due to acts of God or inclement weather, withdrawal or dismissal, and demotion of level or exclusion from performances due to lack of preparation or inability to prepare/participate in such. Class schedules and faculty are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Academy and no refunds will be made for such changes. All SI levels are restricted to 12 students. Applications will be accepted on a First-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable $500 deposit per session is required with registration. Until February 22, 2018, registration will be restricted to current DCTVBA students. After February 22, 2018 registration will be open to new students who have successfully auditioned for the SI. I understand any tuition or fees balance is due and payable in full by April 15, 2018 for the Summer Intensive.If payment is not made by the due date, your spot may be released if the class is oversubscribed. If payment is not received by the first day of class, your child will not be permitted to take class until such payment is received. There are no tuition refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, absences, vacations, school closings, withdrawal, dismissal, demotion of level or exclusion from performances due to lack of preparation/participation, etc., or for schedule, level and/or faculty changes. Faculty and administration of DCTVBA reserve the right to reassign a student’s level as needed, as deemed appropriate. In cases of financial need, payment arrangements may be made by contacting the Academy.
