Adult classes are offered for adults (and older teens) who seriously want to appreciate ballet’s art by learning proper Vaganova-based ballet techniques. These classes also promote the understanding of proper body alignment, development of longer and leaner muscles, general fitness and self-confidence, and better posture for women and men.
These open “drop-in” classes are available at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels and are scheduled only in the mornings.
Students may take classes on a “drop-in” basis without commitment or pre-registration – show up at least 30 minutes early to check-in and make payment before entering class. However, since open classes are limited in size, please note that these classes’ priority will be given to those who have pre-registered and prepaid.
